Payments are phased. They usually include an initial deposit for design and permits, scheduled payments during construction milestones, and a final holdback upon completion.

Progress is monitored through regular site coordination and project management. This allows issues to be addressed early and schedules to be adjusted when needed.

TERRAZA

Terraza is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath loft-style home completed over a 9-month period in 2020 as part of a custom home construction project in Nicaragua.

 

Designed with a modern aesthetic, the house offers both first- and second-floor views and an open floor plan. Durable construction elements, including concrete countertops and locally made concrete tiles, were selected to support long-term performance. This project blends modern design with traditional building techniques commonly used when building a home in Nicaragua.

CASA OHANA

A multilevel, 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath beachfront home built over a 14-month period from 2022 to 2023.
